Our Investment Approach

We focus on acquiring established SMEs with €1-10 million in profit, typically in situations where an owner is seeking a transition or succession. We invest up to €7.5m in equity capital per transaction.

These are often well-run businesses with strong customer relationships and a long operating history, where an ambitious new leader can build on what has already been created.
